The Inspector General noted that Ms. Curry responded promptly and professionally, clearing explaining the Board's governance role and directing the complainant to appropriate oversight bodies that may have had jurisdiction over their concerns. Her actions respected the boundaries between the Board, its staff, and police operations led by the chief of police.
